Custom design
Do you have an idea for a product, a gift, a sign, or a practical solution that isn't already available in the shop?
At Burkarl Design, I create custom-designed products in small quantities — using 3D printing, laser cutting, and laser engraving. This can range from a personalized keyring or a sign with a name/logo to a holder, a mount, decorations, or a small solution to a specific everyday problem.
I am based in Horne near Varde and make products for private individuals, associations, local businesses, and smaller events.
What can I help with?
I can, among other things, help with:
- 3D-printed holders, brackets, and small practical solutions
- Laser-engraved signs, keyrings, and gift ideas
- Laser-cut decorations, ornaments, and seasonal products
- Products with names, city names, logos, or text
- Small series for associations, companies, or events
- Adaptation of existing products from the shop
It could be a finished idea you've already sketched out, or it could just be a problem you want solved.
Examples of custom designs
For example, it could be:
- Keyrings with city names, association names, or logos
- Signs for doors, mailboxes, shops, workshops, or children's rooms
- Christmas decorations, table decorations, or ornaments for seasons and events
- Mounts, hooks, or small brackets for the home
- Holders for remote controls, batteries, tools, or electronics
- Small corporate gifts or local products for resale
How it works
Write to me with your idea, preferably including measurements, a picture, a sketch, a logo, or a brief explanation of what you want.
I will then assess if it can be made, which method is best suited, and what the approximate price will be. For custom designs, delivery times may vary depending on the size of the task and how much needs to be designed, tested, or adapted.
Important about custom-made products
Custom-designed products are often made specifically for you. Therefore, they usually cannot be returned in the same way as standard stock items, unless there are defects or deficiencies in the product.
For 3D-printed products, small variations in the surface may occur. For laser-engraved or laser-cut products, color and appearance may vary depending on the material.
Do you have an idea?
Feel free to send a message — even if you don't know if it's possible.
I cannot promise that all ideas can be produced, but I would be happy to look into it and provide a proposal.
